Thought you folks might like this: Message 10838488 btw...spoke to ECNC's lawyer, he confirmed full compliance per rules and that the glitch is due to NASD's failure to understand Rule 13(a)(10) regarding the election to change from fiscal to calendar year before the May filing was due. The rule basically says you instead file during the next filing period...which is why it is not due yet. The next filing will be through June 1999 not May. He has explained this to NASD and bounced through several people. Working with the ombudsman now. I RETRACT all prior statements about a lawsuit to be filed if not fixed b/f Friday. sorry.....attorney advised upon my questioning that he thinks NASD is immune....have to follow other grievance procedures. Tom is just so PISSED that he wants to sue. I don't blame him. May know more before tonight. The attorney promised to advise when he spoke to the ombudsman again today...was getting ready to call her. Bottom line is they are going to kick, scream and fight NASD to fix it and if NASD refuses to understand and follow their own rules the accountant can back up the report to be for May and get it filed long before the 30 days runs for delisting. It WILL be fixed soon one way or another. This is public information the company wants the shareholders to have a soon as possible. FYI

This came from am off RB. Read the last half of this post very carefully and act on your own good judgment as how to react. I for one intend to email this guy and see if we can get some attention for ECNC: jorj: GoProfit.com is not for sale. I received around 2000 shares through a dividend in DDEQ. Their is very, very good reason to believe that a PR will be released soon regarding a "Rights Offering", example for every 10 shares of DDEQ you will be able to purchase on share of GoProfit @ around $6 (those are the numbers that have been used. No one knows for sure). This is a link that has a very good rep. and has great DD skills. were you can find allot of DD on DDEEQ. stock-tipper.com and check the update. stock-tipper.com This is what I wanted to talk with Manny about. ECNC needs to get on this recommendation list. The person who runs it is a REAL PROFESSIONAL ANALYST!! Many investment people respect him. Also many people on the boards!! I believe he has a heavy European influence and they love CEO's and management that like to talk about their companies..and that are accessible.. I don't know if they will consider a .28 cent stock? We would all need to work as a team and put ECNC in a very positive light. You will need all your pals at the SI, FAT MATT, RB, Manny and TH to help. I strongly feel it is worth the effort. If ECNC was listed on this site, many people would never think twice about investing in ECNC. I'm not sure what the best way is, but if PERFECT is perfect you might have a chance.
