Paul:

GUMM - I bought mine to trade, too, but not just intraday. (I have a very comfortable amount for long term). I think the accumulation is clear and the overall market shakeout won't last long with respect to GUMM because the base in the 10s was very, very strong.

The desire of institutions to accumulate is clear as the money flow has been very positive and a lot of the downticking is just more games as weak people respond to low bid games.

The fact that the short shares has increased on no news has me perplexed. There was some misinformation about the studies being passed around on several boards. Someone on Yahoo mentioned that the NEJM wanted to see the results of the second study before they decided on printing the first. That is pure crap and is not the way things work in medical journals. Also, I verified with Dr. Hensley
that those statements on the boards were not true. They are loathe to make any statements at all about the first studies until the NEJM decides whether they will be published, and the second group of studies, as per the last PR statement, will be completed by October at the very latest (remember that the new GUMM management is very conservative). When the second group of studies is done, they will decide where to send them for publication. Basically, all I am saying in this paragraph is that nothing has changed for Zicam - things are definitely on track.

Regards,

Howard
