Hi Jorj., I can see how mad Tom would be with NASD. I don't blame him one bit. It is important to keep in mind that the NASD is doing more good for the overall investment community than ever in the past. ECNC has been hurt bad, but will recover. NASD will get rid of shell companies that have given bulletin board companies a bad name. NASD management has to be pulling their hair out trying to keep every thing straight. It is better for them to error on the cautious side than to let the investors continue to be fleeced by non-companies. I had to say that. Thanks for listening. Scoobey
