If everybody was worried about inflation yesterday the productivity report that came out this morning should have caused a bit more of a
panic in the bond market. Productivity came in at +.04% and
consensus was +1.8%. (terrible report).
If you add last week job cost increase to the mix it doesn't
look good interest rate wise. I now fully expect a quarter point
hike on aug 24th,and now it looks like there are more to come (sooner
than I expected).

With all this and the bond market rallies , the US dollar rises as
well as the stock market . Am I missing something here?
