Robert I guess we agree to agree. However, I keep getting the feeling that we're in the Vacuum Tube days of the birth of radio... Today's alliances, competition, obstacles and advantages are microscopic relative to the advantages of Checkfree's 15 years of lead time in the business and all that they bring to the table. Just have to wait and watch, I guess. I read somewhere that trying to figure out how all this technology mania will evolve is akin to Orville Wright, after that first flight at Kitty Hawk on December 17, 1903, being able to reasonably predict the future popularity of frequent flier miles as an incentive to spur airline travel. rk
