Ah, therein lies our problem - I am speaking of 1 min charts in Investor R/T's charts, not MyTrack's AIQ charts. Don't know about the full AIQ program but the intraday AIQ charts that MyTrack provides are very poor, to say the least.

You can set the time period you want Investor R/T to start their downloads - usually starting at 9:00 est to 16:30 - - :30 before 'til :30 after the market. The charts give you everything during this period that one gets in the normal market hours - every tick, every print, vol, etc.

And the MyTrack monitor (quote) page gives you the "live" info during this period as well.

The info is there - being put out by the exchange - it just appears that for some reason Qcharts has not seen fit for us to have it. IMHO this is sorely need info.

PS - for what it is worth, IMO the Qcharts/CyberX combo is the best thing in the marketplace.
