Jeff

The meaning of deceive is to deliberately mislead, fool, take advantage of. Do you ( and Richard) believe that Jensen & Co. really deceived?

I do not. I believe that they are incompetent, lacking in market understanding and corporate responsibility, vulnerable to excessive and misplaced optimism and prone to make statements in anticipation of a reality which does not arrive. Promises were made in desperation not based on facts. This is not deception it is stupidity. Most critical is the incompetence of Jensen who should never have been the CEO.

If there is any deception it is on your own part. You (and Richard) deceived yourselves by going along. I know whereof I speak because I am also guilty of the same self deception.

I suggest you stop indicting Jensen as a master con man. He is just a poor slob who got in over his head with his own grandiosity and limited intelligence.

I believe at this point he has very little to say about corporate matters, at least I hope so. This deal could be pulled out of the fire yet in which case please dont attribute genius to Jensen.

Ed

Jeff, <<felt much better had the figures>> That's been the main problem, we can't get definition for any of the figures. You're a technical guy, technical people would be fired for reporting the hype that is typical from Global. They very well know better and a walk through the history of Global over the last couple of years has evidence of pump and dump of the worst kind. I suspect that they rationalize that survival is more important than honesty, maybe they feel they if they survive they can afford to be honest later. The method of reporting is inconsistent with industry standards with the sole purpose to encourage investment and then sell into that investment as cash is required. Shares for catalyst that aren't deserved is typical of the integrity of this management.

I fundamentally believe that Global has a large deposit of precious metals at its property. However, I suspect that the average grade is somewhat less 0.2 OPT head ore with a very difficult mineralization. It is very likely that Global may even find a pluton or two that has very high metal concentrations and may focus on those to hype the stock. The "ore pile" is an example of such a concentration. If it weren't for the misleading reporting nonsense from Global and the current management I would probably still have a position in this company. I hope you can at least recover a good portion of your investment.
