Good work Puck! Nice to see that someone got a response. I was surprised to see that LONE had to post securities in the RICO suit being as they filed it. I wonder where that leaves the arbitration shares. As for the debenture I think there is more to it than that BUT THAT IS PURELY OPINION!

I want to thank all of you for your responses and don't worry I am not jumping of a cliff or anything I will check in on you from time to time. I will also PM anyone my e-mail address or you can get it from Monte. Sam and Walleye your comments about this thread are echoed throughout and I concur. I HOPE THAT THIS BABY GOES TO TEN DOLLARS FOR ALL YOUR SAKES.

P.S. Those were not my shares today I had to leave to early and missed the morning price.

P.S.S. What I say about this company is purely my opinion and has not been offered as the solemn and sole facts. It is based on research I have done and the exact facts can not always be verified. I have tried to verify anything I find with the company first which does not always happen. I IN MY OPINION(to which I believe the constitution grants me) believe that there are many facts about the current situation that we will never know. LONE feels that I should no longer bring what I find to the table(I have the threatening legal letter to prove it). But you guys know you can always count on me! I would not expect anyone to by or sell anything based on my research. It has not worked for me! I feel that the value of these threads is for people like us to share information and ideas regarding investments as well as the social value. I still consider this the best thread on the net. That is also my opinion based on the quality of the people I have met here.

Regards and best wishes

Glen

Thanks Puck. That makes sense. Seems that an old debenture holder resold some of their debenture. They were shares that would have been issued anyway. Unfortunately, it appears by the price, that they went to the new holder(s) and then to the market. The net effect is not dilution, just a depressed price. The nice thing about that is once it's down . . . it's done and can recoup. Dilution is not as easy to combat.
