Isn't that 99 cents even if you only use 1 minute? and 10 cents after 20 minutes?

steve, i don't think you know n2p that well. most of those 10-10 numbers have hidden costs. some don't but most are. you have to use at least 8 minutes, 10 minutes, some say 20 minutes, in order for the minutes to average the "low" rate. a consumer report came out recently (i think i have posted it here before, but you may check kcal.com to see if they have the link/email them) and said n2p is one of the cheapest/easiest because it's @ low price and has no hidden costs. that part is very important to a consumer. you know what you're paying for.
