ur absoultely right...there is cost shifting in europe, but the fees go mostly to the telcos and not the isp providers...so how does aol benefit from this?

perhaps i am an idiot or a sub-moronic fool but i seem to be the only one on this thread concerned about the free isp services destroying a significant % of aol's future revenues...am i missing something???... i first learned of this several months ago and now it is in the press all the time...and microsoft "almost" providing free isp service re-iterates my point...although im still long, soon, i think others will join my concern.
