Not necessarily. It speaks volumes about Sobel's ability to get IDTC management to give him the options.

It speaks volumes about Sobel's desire to hedge his bets.

And it may speak volumes about what Sobel BELIEVES to be the value of IDTC.

The problem is that the market controls the price of IDTC, not Sobel. If Sobel were in control, we would obviously all be a lot happier.
