Francois, you are indeed an insider of the companies mentioned, and have repeatedly posted inside information, pending press releases, pending analyst coverage, etc., things only an insider would know, therefore you have violated several SEC regulations and deserved to be punished. I also maintain my allegation that you are a stockbroker, or other affiliated person, and as such are violating NASD and SEC guidelines. I have no further reporting or disclosure requirements regarding DCHT as I am not employed by them, and neither is my firm, nor have I received any compensation since feb 7, 1999 As usual your allegations don't stand up to scrutiny, but my investigation of you continues to turn up revealing facts.
