Did I get it right SRCL just received $4 per share "on a fully diluted, as-if-converted basis"? Sounds too good to be true... Anyway:

Shares currently outstanding - 14.6M
on as-if-converted basis - 18.21M (14.6/78*100)
$75M : 18.21M = $4

Did I miss something?

SRCL gives less reason to yawn this time around. Despite the acquisitions, margins and SGA both improved.
