charred, Back again to display your ignorance of the most basic facts. Do you really know what the financial arrangements are for the legal challenge? I thought so. Do all of us a favor and do at least a minimum of research, instead of reading from an out-of-date script. That way you would look less foolish! Spare us further nonsense.....please. PS. Since you are really not up-to-speed, Crystallex won several Supreme Court rulings and lost the last procedural request last June 11. I bet you did not read the dissenting judge's comments. I bet you really don't know what all of this is about. But that's OK, you have no vested interest in Crystallex, right? I bet you even think this is an appeal process. You guessed wrong, once again.
