a question...yesterday when I bought more ECNC, my broker said the ASK was .27 (bid was 25). I asked if I could by at the BID, and he said "no. we only sell BB stocks at the ASK'. (I use ScottTrade online...but I can't buy BB online...)

in previous threads you all spoke of NOT paying the ASK for stock..Since I'm still kinda new..feel free to educate me more.
