>>.... (unless, of course you read Ike :o)<<

Man hes good. I was reading his levels of 480, 450 was the absolute bottom, I saw the margin calls hitting like the last few times and 450 not breaking, I was here there everywhere. Actually I ended the day with zero gains due to the longs I was holding tanked! But the guys in the trading channels were still shorting. I mean they were shorting more and more when ebay was up 11, let alone all the ebay and cmgi shorts near the low of the day. I think most of them are margined to the hilt now. Heck they have made a killing the last month and wont give up easy. I am so pissed at ZOOX! 40 point swing! thats a four and zero. And I made 300 on it heh!

AN FRANCISCO -- Recording-industry executives announced an end today to all litigation over the Rio portable MP3 Internet music player, which a Federal appeals court has ruled does not violate piracy laws.

The announcement marked a formal end to months of litigation over the Rio, a pager-sized music player made by Diamond Multimedia Systems Inc. that can download and play CD-quality songs encoded in the MP3 format.

Sensing a potential new threat of music piracy, recording-industry executives asked the courts to issue an injunction barring sales of Rio. This was denied, and the companies appealed.

In June, a Federal appeals court killed all hope for blocking the Rio when it ruled that the device was not primarily a recorder and thus was not subject to 1992 Federal piracy laws.

In the meantime, however, both makers of MP3 players and the recording industry have cooperated in an effort to establish guidelines for Internet music by the end of the year.

Had to call the emergency people over..

Too get the pc monitor off my foot this morning when I saw
ADBL at 6 ... foot went right thru the screen, well they were pretty understanding and bandaged me up well.
Hobbled down to office max and bought a new monitor 21 inch
yea baby...grabbed a six pack and limped back.
When i had the new monitor hooked up , 2 beers worth ,
adbl was back too 7 + ...
While wiping the blood from the keyboard it went to 8 1/4..
Yea baby..
Well the moral to the story... if you want a new monitor invest in internet stocks.. if you want a beer just go out and buy one....i guess...
go adbl long and burp strong.....
cheers
B.h.

I read Ikes posts...I even spent last weekend going over all the indexes charts...I just had another scenario going on in my mind as to timing and how it might play out...somehow I also started thinking it was Friday? I was definitely not anywhere near my game...I knew we have had an 11% correction and were slightly below supports....I was starting to believe we were perhaps coming into a real correction and started changing my mindset....even when we started to bounce I didn't think it was serious just a flux....I'm still not certain it will continue tomorrow...yes momentum will have carry forward early...but I will be amazed if we rally up until the next Fed meeting and test the next resistance levels....I guess I will continue to trade the overdone...I am going to continue to long/short intraday...if I can concentrate on more than 3 stocks at once....I also got caught up watching some slow movers today like LU....I guess that was a mistake? I love volatile days like today...when I'm prepared....I didn't adjust well today....but I did....Thank god we get another shot at it tomorrow......I considered this an off day for me...yet profitable...I hate leaving money on the table....I do consider that a losing day
