If I were you stockholders, I would contact the SEC and ask them if a public company is required to contact all of it's shareholders through a public announcement before they begin telling a select few about a reverse split via the telephone. I have never heard of a company doing a reverse split without a public announcement. To me, it sounds like Tweedle Dee Logan and Tweedle Dum Conte are still in charge. Where's Hopey when you need him???

This is how it works with these situations, they roll the stock back, investors that own it prior to the roll back get reduced......then they get diluted by them issuing more stock. Then lets say in this case the roll back is 30 to 1, then the stock should be about $3.00 a share, chances are they will need to raise some capital so they will let loose of a nice piece to unsuspecting investors, in weeks this will probably go to $2.00 then to a buck then this will become a pure penny stock again. There is no saving this Shell, who made the most money on it??, I would have to say Don Logan and family and his trusty sidekick Carl Conte. Kinda like the Laurel and Hardy of the OTCBB.......lol I have yet to see a roll back work out for the better, especially with a penny stock house looking to P&D the deal, whos going to get burnt???????????? The MM's are just waiting for this to roll back, why???? They get to short it again and their profit margin will go through the roof, if they bring it down to a dime again after the roll back in short order they would've booked major major profits. So do you think that they aren't thinking about that???? You know they are............. So in the words of Frank Sinatra and the CD that we never saw hit the record stores.....LMAO "Now The Time has come, we've reached the final curtain" I'll have to send flowers............. Enjoy
