Lucky, it seems you have a public/private information problem with this company. Healthy skepticism is very good policy. However, I think I know this company fairly well, have kicked the tires on the product, and have talked to their customers. My conclusion is that there are no (negative) surprises coming with the company's performance. (JMO, of course.) The issue here is valuation, plain and simple. How does one value a well positioned company in a hot market with a revenue ramp of $3 mil first year, followed by $90 mil year two, and $300-400 mil year three?
