MR, I agree with your request that Anything Internet hire a much more talented WebDesigner for all of their website. But I do think that AnyCoffee is a FABULOUS concept and will be well received with the proper advertising. But going back to what you said...they need to work real hard to keep them coming back and a visual treat is one way of doing just that.

My vote is that they spend as much money with a HIGHLY QUALIFIED and PRODUCTIVE WebDesign company as they do with Investment Relations companies. We need to have the best looking site on the net!

Hey M.R.,
I don't doubt that this is not the most expensive site among the competition. I happen to think that is a good thing. Sitra has said that becoming profitable is priority one. He is dolling out the dollars very carefully. He said in the last conference call that he doesn't intend to imitate other big etailers by blowing huge amounts of cash trying to attract the masses. He does intend to be extremely customer service oriented, and distribute product effectively at competitive prices. The new site seems to my uninterneteducated eye to be easy to use (I signed up and ordered in about 10 minutes), the prices seem very competitive, they are asking for feedback and making it easy to contact them by offering email, fax, and an 800#. Try finding an 800# on Yahoo or Amozon.
I for one like that our CEO is concerned about getting and keeping this company in the black while still paying attention to their corporate vision and growth. I'm confidant that the site will be a hit and that more will follow. I'm also confident that this company will make profits and that is why I am here.

Bob

PS My friend that is a web developer confirmed that the site was put together on an economic budgit but also said that it was profeesional, clean and should be effective given that the demand is there.

Mark,

I'm not that good at knowing what may make a a website good or bad with all of the bells and whistles, but I like the concept and idea. If you have some time, why don't you relay your concerns and ideas directly to the company, I have always found that constructive criticism can be beneficial towards making improvements happen.
