Gee detlef, you made me feel bad for a minute, but then I checked the pdf publication and it says at the bottom 'Copyright 1999 by Gilder Technology Group Inc.' All I did was click on the Forbes url which they control and presumably they have an agreement with Gilder Technology Inc to publish that information in that link. Therefore there is no breach of copyright to provide a link and for people to read it via that link. Any other copying, transmission etc would be a breach, but while Forbes leaves that link there, like all things which are published with Copyright claims, you can still read it.

I doubt the link will remain there for long!! I couldn't tell from the pdf information that it was not just another published copyrighted information. It says we can subscribe. So maybe it is just a freebie to induce people to see how good it is and subscribe. It's making me think it might be a good deal!

Here's the link! Check for yourself.

Any copyright lawyers out there want to comment?

Gilder Newsletter accidental posting will simply increase his subscribers. George G will shrug it off with a knowing smile. If QCOM and G* prices rise tomorrow, curiosity will turn into new orders for Grorge Gilder.
