I am looking for a serious answer... Your answer look more like a joke. :) CUST is a joke, thus many answers to questions regarding it resemble jokes. Why are the VCs investing in CUST? "If Cook can rent a lot of videos, maybe he can create the 'killer app.'" Why are the VCs investing in many questionable high-tech and net companies? "We have got so much money we don't know what to do with it." This is true because of the insane valuations the market has placed on many net stocks (ie: CUST). It's a vicious cycle until the house of cards collapses. Why do VCs invest in companies like CUST? Because companies like CUST achieve monstrous valuations before a product is created, a customer is signed up, or a penny is earned. When will VCs stock investing in companies like CUST? When companies like CUST are valuated like normal R&D/growth companies.

There is no venture capital money in the stock. The only public name I have heard of is a hedge fund that I believe has exited the stock. The fund in question is notorious for short selling. All the cash in the company is the product of a complete liquidation of a prior business. People overlook that in reality Cook is essentially wagering Amtech on this venture. I believe Cook is in way over his head courtesy of J. Chas and their preposterous price projection. When the dollars required for damage control escalate beyond the means of the insiders and their pals this stock will tank.
