Scott and Serge, this wheeling and dealing troubles me. The last two are very suspicious for me as a distant shareholder. Alpine is bidding for GTI and Techcorp. All the present executives appear in related party transaction notes of Alpines or Techcorps annual reports. Take a read, it's a smorgasboard of ex-Alpine executives and directors milking away at Alpines cash. Now they come back into the fold.(Too many cooks in this kitchen). Yahoo, only problem is the same CAPTAIN is steering the bigger ship. Come on management it is time for a change..... RESPECTFULLY GH
