Obviously no DD done here. e.Digital does not market to end users, hence you will not find it in Fry's or any other stores. They market to OEM's (Original Equipment Manufacturers) They are partnering with Lucent, Texas Instruments and Intel. The manufacturer of the actual player is unnamed. They are doing what you would call turnkey design. Depending on whose brand, it will have features that brand will want. In other words, e.Digital is not limiting themselves to one design, they will be able to support different platforms. Remember e.Digital is not limited to music. With IBM they are working on a recorder to take voice and download it into text. They are working with AdamLab and Lanier. I got into EDIG when it was NCII. The past few months have been the most promising as well as showing the most progress for this company. I was in this when NCII was being played with Regulation S (offshore traders). So I feel I have been through the roughest part of holding this stock. Right now, this is a cake walk.... By the way, this company is not bankrupt. Have you ever seen a Chapter 11 filing?
