F. Lynn,

I don't follow the point of your message. HRZG and SLKC have been aggressive buyers of GUMM the past two weeks. I don't think whoever HRZG and SLKC represents thinks GumTech is engaged in a stock promotion fraud or that Zicam is a scam. Big buyers can be just as wrong about the future of a stock as someone who buys 10 shares. I'm not suggesting that GUMM won't go down because someone big has been buying. I'm simply suggesting that whoever is buying hundreds of thousands of shares must have done enough DD to believe that GUMM is a good risk on the long side. You can argue that someone would plunk down a million dollars in a small cap stock that they might have trouble liquidating without doing any DD, but I probably wouldn't agree with you.

Best of luck,

Dan
