charred, If you were a bit more honest, you would acknowledge the previous Supreme Court VICTORIES for Crystallex. You would also admit that the same court's refusal to admit a further petition DID NOT REVERSE past Supreme Court rulings in Crystallex's favor. Could you at least do that? In the registry office, Las Cristinas is in the name of Mael. No matter how many posts you make, you can't change this undisputed fact. Could you also admit that the proposed current legal actions are different from past ones and that they do not constitute an appeal in any way shape or form? You ask why you should be spending time on Crystallex. Well, you are the one that started a round on KRY-bashing here, so you are perhaps best placed to tell us why you are "wasting" time here?? PS. You again bring up the costs of the new legal actions and again you display your lack of knowledge of the financial arrangements with the legal team(s) which would make your comment on high costs look silly. PPS. If you really must post on Crystallex, please, please, do at least a minimum of research. Call the Company even. That way, you would make fewer mistakes in your posts. But since you say you really should not be taking time on Crystallex......
