I TOLD you guys this could happen. NASD will correct it or ECNC will give up beating their brains out trying to explain the damn rules and get the filing in NASD wants. THEY ARE IN COMPLIANCE...but NASD is too big and too bureaucratic to get it and then to correct it quickly. This just came to light two days ago. Come ON .... give em a chance here. Don't blame you for holding off on buying in though....respect that highly....don't buy in unless you trust the info and are comfortable with the company!!!!!
