Thanks for the reply Syncrude. I had assumed from your post that you had knowledge of special arrangements, that may have been beneficial to the company. I have no personal knowledge of potential costs, however, as I recall, the last go-round lasted for quite some time, and therefore my assumption is, that it was expensive.

At first glance, Charred's guess would seem a trifle high, however, lacking any accurate info to the contrary, cannot be discounted lightly.

I am not sure what you mean about his grudge, but my observations, over a period of time would indicate that he has been correct, more often than not. I guess we will have to wait and see.

That is no answer. The fact is management has noted it may be a long battle. Lawyers will be paid. The babble you are talking about is nonsense. It will cost KRY to fight this. This is risky and probably not return positive results. In addition they have to pay Mael. It will cost millions. This will hurt KRY. Good thing I donït own any shares.
