I find it strange that ECNC is already listed with an "e" when there are other BB's that I follow that I know damn well haven't filed properly in years. (I'm too embarrassed to say which ones as they are dogs!) What is the key here? One other thing, from earlier posts, Tom will be putting out PR on the 12th. That is a Thursday and I feel that in the summer a Thursday is almost as bad as a Friday for this. Couldn't it be Tuesday or Wednesday? Hey Manny, you were a teacher for over 25 years right? Then you remember the old board you used for brats like me? Pull it out of the closet and get over there to NASD and straighten them out! :)

Ar far as I am concern, the "E" attach to ECNC is a non-event. I have carefully review their filings and can say with confident that everything is in place. Even if the NASDAQ people don't correct and drop the "E" tomorrow, ECNC still have to file to 10Q report by August 15th anyway,(according to Jorj, it could be as early as August 9th, which is only a few days away) and that should take care of the problem. The way I look at it, I consider it a 15% discount early Xmas sale thanks to the people at NASDAQ. I have bought and will get myself another truck load tomorrow. Dai
