Do you own DD and ignore the noise.

Dont listen to anyone long or short! Very easy to get all the answers you need. Might take a few hours.. But its better than all the noise. After everything you can decide to buy/hold/sell/cover etc. At a price to sales of 8 it should be a no brainer. But it is always better to make your own mind with at least the info that is available.

First thing you need to do is research AmeriData.. Since they sold it and started Interliant.

interliant.com

Take the company tour and see if its a place you like to work in.
I woudnt buy stock in a company I did not want to work at (I have got stuck when I foun dout otherwise but it wasnt that way when I bought it).

interliant.com

go and read the prospectus

biz.yahoo.com

compare to other companies like exds/vrio/gbix/dgix/isld etc..

They also have strategic relationships with a large number of people, Mostly IBM for application and web hosting etc..
