MEXP filed an S-3 today.

freeedgar.com

It covers 322,752 shares that Veritas is acquiring thru the exercise of some warrants to purchase shares in MEXP that were issued to pay the interest on monies due to Veritas by MEXP. The supposed "Maximum Selling Price" is $2.73, but that alludes to the market price back on 07/28. MEXP only recieves .01 cents/share, or $3,227.

I gather that Veritas is pretty much allowed by this prospectus to sell or hold the acquired shares about any way they please.

This looks to me like some clean up housekeeping in preparation for their refunding of their bank loan.
