Not a market expert but from what I understand there is trillions of bonds and buying a few billion back wont do nada. Almsot like CPQ comming out and saying they are going to buy back 10 mil shares and every day buy back 10K shares. Well maybe not CPQ, But how about DELL? or MSFT doing it? Is everyone going to jump in before hand before the buying pushes the price up?
