Just a side note....the trading and volume on this stock tend to convince me that there some large shorting going on as there is with most BB stocks. Most of the shorting is done off-shore or through Canada. Nothing negative about the company....it's just the crack you live in with these issues.

Hello all, You know if you have your shares are in a cash account that they can not be used for shorting. I have found this out with another stock that I own.

If GAAY is not MARGINABLE than your shares must be in a cash account. You can call your broker and check to be sure, also ask if there are any GAAY shares avail that can be shorted. As far as I know Canada and one other country can short stocks that are under $5.00

I hate this rule because it is not fair to the american people. I think it should be one way or the other for all investors. IMO
This rule sucks big time and should be changed!
I heard somewhere that MM's can also make up their own shares for shorting. This also sucks!
