Steve, I called BANY Headquarters a little while ago. They filed their papers on time and are now in what is called a comment period. SEC has come back and is asking (requiring) financial portion in a different format. The auditors were called back and put data in another format and it will go out tonight or Monday a.m. The form 10q which is due 15 Aug will go out next week. So it will actually be filed early. The bureaucrats must hinder the process. This is how one generates workload. Been there, done that! Ha!Ha! The real scare I got this a.m. was when I tried to place an order to buy BANYE and NDB rejected it. I jumped over on ETRADE and put in an order to buy at ten cents and it accepted it & I was most happy. I then picked up the phone and called NDB and told them they system is screwed up on BANY. They fixed it and gave me a free trade for bringing the problem to their attention. Pete2
