The 200 MA held up nicely, add to that a double bottom and we could be off to the races. Also notice the money flow, and what happened the last time it bounced off the 0 line.

1) The sector is in bear confirmed status
2) We broke a double bottom at 63 on the 30th of July
3) It will violate the up-trend around 52 (it already has once)
4) In my experience a stock will usually re-test a bottom (46 in this case)

Based on that most Technicians would wait, let the dust settle and get a better picture of which direction the stock is going before committing money to it.

On what basis do you conclude otherwise?
