Appreciate the post TG. And it makes sense. IMO Companies can drag this out for months. All the SEC is saying is it will be done, complete, finished, in this month.

I don't have any but hope BANY makes it, there's still time.

ps: Just read the next post. The government.... I've got another stock getting wacked by a different branch, the FDA. Heavy sigh.

TG, That filing in May was for 1997,1998 Audited.
Also March 31, 1999, Unaudited.
To be in Compliance shouldn't there have been a Filing in July or
early August for 1999. Maybe thats Y they Got the E, "BANY"
is Not in full compliance. Just a thought ____Sweez
