<<Suzanne; TSIG could buy back stock on the open market ???>>
If they had any money they could. Wake up and smell the coffee, Fred.
If they could do that, they wouldn't need this new financing.

Sleeping in today, Fred? Technically the company could buy back the shares in the open market. You rarely see this done by a development stage company because they have so many more urgent needs for the cash. This is particularly true with TSIG. They need some IT people; they need to spend money to support the deals underway; eventually they'll need to beef up the number of people on the phones. The good news is that the money needed to make it to positive cash flow is rumored to be very close. Dilution is just part of the game. Regards, Suzanne
