Well if you were a big arb yea, but since they do not give PTEk shareholders the HLTH stock its much harder to do. Most discoutn such holdings 50% since the company sells the shares and have to pay taxes and other things etc etc etc.. Also the deal is not finished yet.

MSFT was smart.. They sold part of their stake in HLTH for like 92 a share..
