It is 12:30PM on 08/06/99 and still down.
Yes, with the Gold it is just like with politics. A few sinners guide the flock. But wait and see: the day will hopefully come back when the people revolt and restore their rights. Like 10 Million want each 10 oz on the day of the crash within an hour.
So, one day they will loose control!
