Houston Business Journal January 31, 1997 Oilex to get cash for new preferred stock Oilex Inc. will receive $1.5 million in financing from its largest shareholder, Phoenix Reserves Inc., and its president Oliver H. Timmins III, in exchange for a new class of preferred stock. The funds will be used to drill new wells, perforate behind pipe zones on existing wells and recomplete existing wells.
