This is bizarre.

Why are the markets up today? Unless they were so oversold because they were just overdriven by downwards momentum? And now we are snapping back, despite two consecutively bad economic reports?

I will sit on the sidelines. But this is frustrating.

Mild downturn?? LOL!! The dot was down 33% from mid-June to mid-July. My stock basket was down 45%. That's more than a little ouchy!!
