''IF'' we recover and the money flow stays here - FLC has the most leveraged upside and is the best value here. They are not unlike the highly leveraged, debt laden small cap E&P's who ran strong as soon as fundamentals were clearly positive. FLC ''calls'' may be very lucrative if the run has staying power... $18 certainly is not outlandish target pricewise...
