Mike,

Yup. I took delivery of the shares in certificate form. (I sold my brokerage firm and would've had to move them any way. Know a good place in the US for trading Canadian stocks?)

I won't be selling them any time soon, though. In fact, at these prices, I think about picking up another 50 or 100,000 shares. Just have too many pies to stick my fingers in right now.

There's some bad blood right now going on at FCO. I don't completely get it. Obviously, money is tight. And, we might not see anything happen without some more dilution to the current shareholders. Don't get me wrong though. It's not going to be THAT bad. I can't gripe too much about 10 or even 20 percent dilution on a 20 cent stock that is probably worth around C$2 or 3 per share. (Much more if cobalt does what I expect.)

I knew when i bought FCO that they wouldn't be mining Cobalt in 1999 or 2000. What you're seeing right now in the FCO's of the world (and every other mining stock for that matter) is like 1981 for stocks in the US. No one wants them. Fine by me. I'm an accumulator; and I'm very patient.

Good to hear from you again. Hope you're well.

Don Martin
