The entire sector is risky, IMO, at this time of year. I am worried about the entire market as well. However, this is not a bad place to be buying the stock with a long-term horizon unless one is expecting a full-blown market massacre.

You're right Brookelise, last quarters earnings were all factored into stocks already. CSCO, however, may get a pop since it has sold off more than 10% from it's recent high. I wouldn't hazard a guess with this unstable market, though.
