I think (hope) 15 is near the bottom. Downside risk from here is no more than $2, but the upside potential is 30s within a year. TWE also offers online banking through its web-banker without going out to buy another company for this service. I understand why Frank Perrilli came back. TWE is most undervalued online broker now.

Hi Linda, Nice to meet you. DIGI represented about 28% of my capital gains in 1998! Yes, it was a fun ride. I started investing in it in about 1986 as a ST trader. Settled in for the long haul in 1990 and did very nicely.
