In your defense of the movie, you attacked those who didn't agree with you with subtle slurs about intelligence or perception, that's all. Rather than focusing on what YOUR opinion was, you made it sound as if it were the only RIGHT opinion. John was more gracious. He didn't try to make anyone who disagreed look stupid. Perhaps it is just a style of argument that I have trouble with. Anyway- I think in its own way, the movie WAS a work of art. I just didn't like it. But I have enjoyed hearing all the ideas about what it was meant to convey. Enough said! Let's move on.
