SP99U will get you the futures ('U' changes in time) on a delayed basis or you can pay a bit more (see web site - don't recall how much) to get them real time. ES99U gets you the EMini if you don't want to pay and that's a pretty good proxy.

Does anyone have the phone number for Quote.com.
I am have trouble and need to talk to a person and the site does not give a number to call. The old site did.
