>I've found the phone support at MBT to be truly exceptional over time, and the platform to be very reliable over a long time period; - Palo Alto

First, let me say that I am not an employee of anyone other than myself and do not personally know ANYONE connected with these programs.

Having said that, I find your post about the "exceptional" service from MBT to be strange and certainly not what I has seen in the trading room I am in every day for 8 hours.

MBT has an employee that is always in the room live and their costomers can ask questions, get problems resolved, etc. on a realtime basis - usually without having to contact the company.

I have only been in this room for about 2 months now and from the messages that have passed back and forth and the comments make by the MBT employee certainly shows a lot of problems over this period of time. When the main people in the room warn not to try to trade due to bad/slow quotes, I assume this is a slight problem.

As I mentioned, yesterday NONE of them could trade until about 45 mins into the trarding day - when MBT finally got their servers back up. Again today, there was a delay in updating accounts but I think they did get that resolved about the time the market opened.

I am not trying to trash MBT or push Cyber or any other program - ALL of them have their problems - just that over the time period I have mentioned there seems to be a lot of problems on MBT.

Today, it was announced that MCI's internet backbone was having problems so Island and several others would not be available.

MBT announced this as did Cyber - but shortly thereafter, Cyber announced they had re-routed and Island was back for most of the day and then out for a short period of time around noon. I have not seen anything as yet posted about Island being available on MBT as yet but it could have been done.
