GOCA is pretty good about answering e-mails. Don't have their e-mail address, but you can get it off of their website at www.goca.com (probably the phone number also). I've tried e-mailing KAFE once with no response, haven't tried calling. You may be able to get the phone number from their website at www.countrystarrestaurants.com if it's still up and running. I gave up on this one a long time ago, and have just left it sitting in my account hoping for the best.
