jebj & wily, Yes, RTIII does occasionally have those "glitches", I'm not usually "scalping" on a minute to minute basis, I'll do 10 trades a day average, so usually those don't bother me and they're not that frequent. With MBT you can enter and exit by phone, which is nice; with Cyber you have those stops which are really cool, have to be careful how you setup/use them though. All of the direct access firms have their days, and I heard some RTIII customers had a bad one yesterday, didn't hit me.

I should have mentioned in fairness that I only traded at Cyber for a few weeks, and closed out my account there long ago, at least in Cyber-time (back in April). I should hasten to point out that they, like MBT are also truly nice folks who did an earnest job of trying to support me. The only major complaint was I wanted ARCA access which they couldn't deliver at the time, and had a beef with Penson which is ancient history (all of the clearing firms seem to be a headache waiting to happen).

So, no axe to grind here, either! May the best vendor/brokerage/quote system win, then we'll all trade there...
