Was that your 60K share block I saw cross today at 4 9/16s? <g>

I am on the sidelines right now, in all trading accounts. I agree that this is a forgotten stock and over the next 12-18 months it should see a revival. A double from here should be a piece of cake. When I get ready to reenter the market, this will be one of the stocks I look very carefully at.

I received a PM today with some negative information about TCMS but I haven't had an opportunity to check it out. Even if the info is true, it would be a short term issue that should be confirmed or refuted in the next earnings report. Most people I have talked to seem to think that the patch should start to rebound in the 2nd half of this year and begin the next boom cycle in 2000. I don't mind being early to the party, as I know this is true for you (from our CCUR history).

I think that the Oil Service construction stocks will be some of the last to participate in this run and therefore don't expect an overnight jump in TCMS. At the same time, the Price is RIGHT, IMO. Where's the downside...maybe 3 and 1/2 or so (about -25%)? The upside, once the business in the GOM starts to pickup, is substantial higher than 25%, so it looks like a very good risk/reward play.

I think you've bought yourself a winner, but one that will probably require some patience. As I type this, I see another 30K share block has just traded. Hmmm...volume starting to pick up, usually a good sign.

Good luck,
Michael
